Rahul Gandhi to start Malwa tour from Mahakal on 29 October 2018 AICC president Rahul Gandhi will start election campaigning in poll-bound Madhya Pradesh by offering prayers at Mahakaleshwar Mandir on October 29. With a change in his two-day schedule, Gandhi will now hold six public meetings and roadshow in five districts of Malwa-Nimar region. Rahul Gandhi will arrive at Indore airport on a special flight at 10.30pm and reach Ujjain's police lines in helicopter. He will spent around 45 minutes at Mahakaleshwar Temple before holding a public meeting there at Dussehra Maidan, Gandhi will then fly to Jhabua by helicopter and will address a public meeting in College Ground at 3.20pm.
